  • 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 27th June 2012 the Council of the London Borough of Haringey made the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
  • 2 The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce new disabled persons’ parking places in which vehicles displaying a disabled persons’ ‘blue badge’ would be permitted to wait at any time, at the following locations (NOTE: the introduction of disabled persons parking places may result in a loss of existing parking facilities as stated below):—

Barnard Hill, N10, outside No. 11; Barrenger Road, N10, outside No. 44; Blake Road, N11, outside No. 45; Pembroke Road, N8, at the side of No. 13 Campsbourne Road (x2 bays); Cheshire Road, N22, outside No. 22; Coleridge Road, N8, outside No. 77(loss of residents space); Rusper Road, N22, outside No. 60a (relocate east by approx 10 metres); Falkland Road, N8, outside No. 122 (loss of residents space); Fryatt Road, N17, outside No. 15 (loss of matchday space); Gladstone Avenue, N22, outside Nos. 150 and 152 (loss of residents space); Stanhope Gardens, N4, outside Nos. 15 and 17(loss of residents space); Halefield Road, N17, outside Nos. 12 and 14; Lordsmead Road, N17, outside No. 16; Nightingale Road, N22, outside No. 100; Palmerston Road, N22, outside No. 90; Penrith Road, N15, outside No. 9; Princes Avenue, N22, outside Nos. 42/44(extend to 6.6 metres); Ranelagh Road, N17, outside No. 34 (loss of residents space); Rathcoole Gardens, N8, outside No. 118; Redvers Road, N22, outside Nos. 6 and 8 (loss of residents/pay display space); Salisbury Road, N22, outside No. 61(loss of residents space); Spencer Road, N17, outside Nos. 11 and 13; Spencer Road, N17, outside No. 30; Stapleton Road, N4, outside No. 77(loss of 1x residents space); Talbot Road, N6, outside No. 54 (loss of 1x residents space); Wargrave Avenue, N15, outside No. 16; Warwick Road, N11, outside No. 6(loss of 1x residents space); Wellington Road, N15, outside No. 49; White Hart Lane, N22, outside No. 422.

  • 3 Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 2nd July 2012, of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders, together with plans and more detailed particulars showing the locations and effects of the Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours, until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made, at the Traffic Management Group, 2nd Floor (North), River Park House, 225 High Road, Wood Green, London N22 8HQ.
  • 4 Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
