the “Partnership”Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that MTAA Superannuation Fund (Star II) Utilities PTY Ltd transferred its entire limited partnership interest in the Partnership (being a limited partnership registered in England with No. LP011001) to European Mid-Market Secondary Fund II LP (representing Euro 3,230,000.00), Access Capital Fund V LP Growth Buy-Out Europe Ltd (representing Euro 11,500,000.00) and Access Capital Fund V FCPR Growth Buy Out Europe (representing Euro 1,470,000.00).
