the “Partnership”Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Northern Rock (Asset Management) PLC transferred part of its limited partnership interest, representing Euro 25,000,000, in the Partnership (being a limited partnership registered in England with No. LP011001) to The Regents of the University of California which became a limited partner in the Partnership, and the remaining of its limited partnership interest in the Partnership to CENGAL Private Equity Investments plc (representing Euro 7,000,000.00), Crown Europe Middle Market II plc (representing Euro 13,750,000.00), Crown Global Secondaries II plc (representing Euro 13,750,000.00), Crown Premium IV Beteiligungstreuhand S.à r.l. (representing Euro 10,500,000.00), First Private Equity Investments II, L.P. Inc. (representing Euro 5,000,000.00).
