Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: Section 141 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above company will be held at Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD on 20 July 2012 at 10.30 am for the purposes provided of appointing a liquidation committee.

A proxy form which is available, to enable a creditor to vote, must be lodged together with a proof of debt, at the offices of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD not later than 12.00 noon on 19 July 2012. The proxy form and statement may be posted or sent by fax to fax no 020 7566 4021.

Secured creditors may only vote for the balance of the debt which will not be recovered by enforcement of the security, unless right to enforce is waived.

If no liquidation committee is formed, a resolution may be taken specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated.
