NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following written resolutions were passed on 14 March 2012 :

(1) THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily.

(2) THAT John Clacy and Andrew Isham of Deloitte LLP, Regency Court, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey (together the “Joint Liquidators”) be and are hereby appointed liquidators for the purposes of winding up the Company.

The Joint Liquidators hereby give notice that any creditors of the company must send details, in writing, of any claim against the company to them, marked for the attention of John Clacy, Office holder capacity: Joint Liquidator, Yorkshire Guernsey Limited (in voluntary liquidation), c/o Deloitte LLP, Regency Court, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3HW by 16 July 2012 .
