NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 106 of Legislation: The Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of Simmonds & Company, Crown House, 217 Higher Hillgate, Stockport, SK1 3RB on Monday 30 July 2012 at 10.00 am for the purpose of having an Account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the Winding-Up of the company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a Proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such Proxy need not also be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to used at the Meetings must be lodged with the liquidator at the above address not later than 16.00 hours in the afternoon of the business day before the Meetings.
