ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
THE A550, A5117 AND A494 TRUNK ROADS (DUNKIRK JUNCTION TO DEESIDE PARK JUNCTION) (24 HOUR CLEARWAY) ORDER 2012
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Secretary of State for Transport has on 7 June 2012 made an Order under Sections 1(1) and 2(1) and (2) and paragraph 27 of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the A550, A5117 and A494 Trunk Roads in the District of Cheshire West and Chester. The Order will come into force on 15 June 2012.
The effect of the Order is as described in the notice of proposals published in the London Gazette on 26 April 2012, ref: 1579913.
A copy of the Order and Notice, together with a plan, have been deposited at the Headquarters of the Cheshire West and Chester Council, 58 Nicholas Street, Chester CH1 2NP where they may be inspected during opening hours, or may be seen at or obtained by application to the Director, The Highways Agency, Network Delivery and Development, Piccadilly Gate, Store Street, Manchester, M1 2WD, quoting HA 41/2/83.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act, or of any relevant regulations made thereunder, has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
