FREDDIE’S HAIRCUTTERS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final Meeting of the above named Company and a Final Meeting of its Creditors will be held at 1 Harlands Close, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 1PS on the 14 August 2012 at 10.45 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before the members and creditors showing the manner in which the Liquidation has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a Proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxyholder need not be a member or a creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged at 1 Harlands Close, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 1PS not later than 4.00 pm on the 13 August 2012.
