Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a final meeting of the Members of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Griffins, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LG at 11.00 am on 9 August 2012, to be followed at 11.15 am on the same day by a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the Company for the purpose of showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor.

Proxies to be used at the meetings should be lodged at the offices of Griffins, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LG no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the date fixed for the Meetings.
