Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that a first dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter. The creditors of the Company are required, on or before 13 July 2012 to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned Deborah Ann Cockerton of KSA, 2 Nelson Street, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS1 1EF and produce such documentary or other evidence in support of their claim as may be required by the Liquidator.

A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the first dividend declared before he has proved. It is intended to declare the dividend within 2 months from the last date of proving.
