“Having regard to the financial position of the LLP, it would be in the best interests of the LLP and its creditors for the LLP to enter voluntary liquidation in accordance with the LLP agreement and/or the default provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Regulations 2001 (section 84(1)) and all members approved the resolution to place the LLP into Voluntary Liquidation and appoint Greg Whitehead, of Northpoint, Cobalt Business Exchange, Cobalt Park Way, Silverlink, North Tyneside, Tyne & Wear, NE28 9NZ, as Liquidator.”
