THE BEXLEY (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (NO. *) TRAFFIC ORDER 2012

  • 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above mentioned Order under Legislation section: sections 45, Legislation section: 46, Legislation section: 49, Legislation section: 51 and Legislation section: 124 of and Legislation section: Part IV of Legislation section: Schedule 9 to the Legislation: Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
  • 2 The general effect of the Order will be to amend the Legislation: Bexley (Abbey Wood) Parking Places Traffic Order 2011, the Legislation: Bexley (Albany Park) Parking Places Traffic Order 2011, the Legislation: Bexley (Barnehurst) Parking Places Traffic Order 2011, the Legislation: Bexley (Bexleyheath Station Area) Parking Places Traffic Order 2011, the Legislation: Bexley (Bexleyheath Town Centre) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2011, the Legislation: Bexley (Bexley) Parking Places Traffic Order 2011, the Legislation: Bexley (Crayford) Parking Places Traffic Order 2011, the Legislation: Bexley (Erith Town Centre) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2011, the Legislation: Bexley (Falconwood) Parking Places Traffic Order 2011, the Legislation: Bexley (New Eltham) Parking Places Traffic Order 2011, the Legislation: Bexley (Pinnacle Hill) Parking Places Traffic Order 2011, the Legislation: Bexley (Sidcup Station Area) Parking Places Traffic Order 2011, the Legislation: Bexley (Sidcup Town Centre) Parking Places Traffic Order 2011, the Legislation: Bexley (Welling Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2011, the Legislation: Bexley (Welling Town Centre) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2011 and the Legislation: Bexley (Sidcup West) Parking Places Traffic Order 2011, so as to provide for minor changes to the form of the permits made available for residents’ visitors for use in the Borough’s controlled parking zones.
  • 3 Copies of the proposed Order, any related parent Orders, the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, and maps which indicate the length of roads to which the Order relates (if appropriate) can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive for a period of 21 days commencing from the date of this Notice at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7LB .

  • 5 Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objections and the grounds thereof, to the London Borough of Bexley, Public Realm Management, Traffic and Parking Services, P.O. Box. 323, Broadway, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 9GQ within the above 21 days.
  • 6 Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that in view of the Legislation: Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 this Council would be legally obliged to make any comment received in response to this Notice, open to public inspection.
