Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 5 April 2012 Centrum Bank AG transferred part of the interest held by it in Accession Mezzanine Capital II L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with No LP11822, to Capital Bank - GRAWE Gruppe AG, an existing limited partner in the Partnership.
