Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 105 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above Company will be held at 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester M2 3EY, on 17 May 2012 at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purpose of laying before the Meetings an account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge their proofs of debt and (unless they are attending in person) proxies at the offices of Ernst & Young LLP, 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester M2 3EY no later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the Meeting.
