Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 85(1) and 109(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 4.106A of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that at a Special General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held on 25 April 2012, the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a Special Resolution and No 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That David Patrick Meany (IP No 9453) of AshtonsJWD LLP, 22 Basepoint Business Centre, Aviation Park West, Enterprise Way, Christchurch BH23 6NX be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up”.

The appointment of David Patrick Meany (IP No 9453) as Liquidator was confirmed by resolution of the creditors on 25 April 2012.

Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to Rules 4.73(2) and 4.139(4) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Creditors of the above named Company which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 25 May 2012 to send their full forenames and surnames, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the undersigned David Patrick Meany (IP No 9453) of AshtonsJWD LLP, 22 Basepoint Business Centre, Aviation Park West, Enterprise Way, Christchurch BH23 6NX (Telephone: 01202 651200 Email: admin@ashtonsjwd.co.uk) the Liquidator of the said Company and if so required, by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.
