Notice is given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that the Siemens Hearing Instruments Limited Pension Fund (“the Fund”) is to be wound up. The Trustees of the Fund are most anxious to trace former employees (whether full-time or part-time) of the following companies

A&M Hearing Limited

A&M Hearing Aids Limited

A&M Hearing Aids (Holdings) Limited

Ear Mould Labs Limited

GA Finance Ltd

General Acoustics Ltd

Siemens Hearing Instruments Limited

and their dependants who are, or think they may be, entitled to benefits under the Fund or anyone else who believes they may have been a member of the Siemens Hearing Instruments Limited Pension Fund or any company linked with the Siemens Hearing Instruments Limited.

Any such person is asked to provide particulars of any such claim, entitlement or interest to The Trustees, Siemens Hearing Instruments Limited Pension Fund, c/o Mrs L Gibbins, Aon Hewitt, 25 Marsh Street, Bristol, BS1 4AQ prior to 30 June 2012. After this date, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme, having regard only to claims, entitlements and interests notified to them prior to 30 June 2012.

Notification is not required from anyone who has received correspondence relating to the Scheme from the Trustees in the previous 12 months.
