(“Company”)

On 4 April 2012, the Company entered administration.

On 4 April 2012, the business and assets of the Company were sold to Protega Paints Limited (formerly known as Ensco 923 Limited) (Company No 07997189) and a licence and option were granted to Kelvin Way Properties Limited (formerly known as Ensco 926 Limited) (Company No 08001321), by the Administrators of the Company on the behalf of the Company.

Robert Michael Smith, Nigel Ernest Smith, Sean Anthony Cullen and Phillip Stephen Roach, all of Kelvin Way, West Bromwich, West Midlands B70 7JZ (“Directors”) were Directors of the Company on the date of administration. Pursuant to Legislation section: Rule 4.228 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that the Directors intend to act or to continue to act in one or more of the ways to which Legislation section: Section 216(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, would apply if the Company were to go into insolvent liquidation in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the Company under the following name: Protega Paints Limited (Company No 07997189) and the following trade names of Protega Paints Limited: Protega Coatings; Protega; and Corroless Corrosion Control.
