Notice is given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company and a Final General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Nottingham Watson Ltd., 15 Highfield Road, Hall Green, Birmingham B28 0EL, telephone: 0121 778 1333, email: notices@notwat.com, on 16 May 2012, at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with me no later than 12.00 noon on the day before the Meetings.
