Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that AGC Equity Partners Private Equity Secondary General Partner I Limited as general partner acting for and on behalf of AGC Equity Partners Private Equity Secondary Fund I L.P. has withdrawn as a limited partner in BC European Capital VII-10 (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP006844, and has assigned its entire interest in the Partnership to CS Strategic Partners V Investments L.P., a Delaware limited partnership with its registered office at 11 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10010, and CS Strategic Partners V Investments L.P. has become a limited partner in the Partnership.
