Any Member entitled to attend vote at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not be a Member. Proxies must be lodged at M1 Insolvency, Cumberland House, 35 Park Row, Nottingham, NG1 6EE by 12.00 noon on 14 May 2012 in order that the member be entitled to vote.
