“That the Companies be wound up voluntarily and that Guy Charles David Harrison, of PB Jackson Norton LLP, 7th Floor, Dashwood House, 69 Old Broad Street, London EC2M 1QS, (IP No 8001) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Companies for the purposes of such windings up and that the Liquidator hereby be authorised to distribute amongst the members in specie or kind the whole or any part of the assets of the Companies and that the Liquidator be authorised under the provisions of Section 165(2)(a) to exercise the powers laid down in Schedule 4(3) Insolvency Act 1986.”
