Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I, Marc Justin Landsman, Liquidator of the above-named Company intend paying a First and Final Dividend to Creditors. Creditors of the Company who have not already proved are required, on or before Friday 4 May 2012 to submit their claims to me at Carmichael & Co, 2nd Floor, Portland Tower, Portland Street, Manchester M1 3LF, and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence to me as may appear necessary. The Dividend will be declared within 2 months from the last date for proving. The value of the Prescribed Part is £4,325, leading to a Dividend of approximately 4p/£ based upon those Creditors who have already submitted claims. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the First Dividend or any other Dividend declared before his debt is proved. In the event that it is possible to pay all proved Creditors in full, Creditors who have not proved should be aware that if they do not participate in the Dividend any remaining funds will be used to pay statutory interest to the proved Creditors.
