Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company will be held at The Rural Enterprise Centre, Stafford Drive, Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury SY1 3FE on 12 April 2012 at 10.30 am for the purposes mentioned in Legislation section: Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Any Creditor wishing to vote at the Meeting (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) must ensure their Proxies and proofs of debt are lodged no later than 12.00 noon on 11 April 2012 at the offices of IA Services, Suite 31 The Rural Enterprise Centre, Stafford Drive, Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury SY1 3FE . A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm at the offices of IA Services, Suite 31 The Rural Enterprise Centre, Stafford Drive, Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury SY1 3FE on the two business days preceding the date of the Meeting.
