2. That Terry Evans and David Clements of Chantrey Vellacott DFK, 20 Brunswick Place, Southampton SO15 2AQ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.
