Victoria Circle Limited Partnership

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 14 February 2012 the following transfers are proposed to be made in relation to Victoria Circle Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP 014733 (the “Partnership”):

(a) LS Victoria Circle LP1 Limited to transfer part of its interest in the Partnership to Victoria Circle Trustee 1 Limited (acting in its capacity as trustee of the Victoria Circle Unit Trust 1); and

(b) LS Victoria Circle LP2 Limited to transfer part of its interest in the Partnership to Victoria Circle Trustee 2 Limited (acting in its capacity as trustee of the Victoria Circle Unit Trust 2),

and that each of Victoria Circle Trustee 1 Limited (in its capacity as trustee of the Victoria Circle Unit Trust 1) and Victoria Circle Trustee 2 Limited (in its capacity as trustee of the Victoria Circle Unit Trust 2) will become a limited partner in the Partnership with effect from that date.
