Notice is hereby given by Adrian Duncan, Jackal Advisory Limited, Level 19, Portland House, Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5RS, that a Meeting of the Creditors of MM Publishing Limited (in Administration), Wadham House, 6 Blyth Road, Bromley, Kent BR1 3RX, is to be held at Portland House, Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5RS, on Tuesday 7 February 2012, at 11.00 am . The Meeting is an initial Creditors’ Meeting under Legislation: paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Legislation section: Insolvency Act 1986 (“the Schedule”); for approval of the following resolutions:

1. To approve/reject* the Administrator’s proposals/revised proposals* as circulated.

2. To approve/reject* the payment of the Administrator’s unpaid pre-appointment time costs totalling £15,870.00 (plus VAT).

3. To approve/reject* that the Creditors Committee, if one is appointed, may approve or reject any other business that is capable of being raised at the Meeting of Creditors for consideration.

I invite you to attend the above Meeting.

A proxy form is available which should be completed and returned to me by the date of the Meeting if you cannot attend and wish to be represented.

In order to be entitled to vote under Rule 2.38 at the Meeting you must give to me, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day fixed for the Meeting, details in writing of your claim.
