Notice is hereby given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between Jason Fraser Shaw and Anthony John Jones carrying on business primarily of distributors of electronic magnifiers and ancillary equipment and associated services under the name of Visualeyes at Unit 2B, New Line Road, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire has been dissolved with effect from 1 August 2011.
