NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

THE LAUREL PUB PENSION SCHEME – PENSION SAVER SECTION

(“the Scheme”)

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees are winding-up the Scheme.

Any employee or former employee of The Laurel Pub Company Limited or any other employee which has participated in the Scheme who believes that he or she was a member of the above Scheme but who has not already taken a refund of his or her own contributions, or received or transferred his or her benefits out of the Scheme, or who has not been contacted by the Trustees of the Scheme since 1st October 2011 is requested to write to Andy Rawson of JLT Benefit Solutions Limited, Bond House, The Bourse, Boar Lane, Leeds, LS1 5EN to make a claim for benefits. Please provide the Claimant’s full name, any previous name, address, date of birth and details of when they were members of the Scheme.

Please note that the Scheme was open to employees of The Laurel Pub Company Limited, Bay Restaurant Group Limited, Barley Pub Company Limited, Slug and Lettuce Company Limited, Ha Ha Bar and Grill Limited, and Town and City Pub Company Limited.

If any other person believes they have a claim against or an interest in the Scheme they are requested to write to the same address setting out particulars of their claim. Claims must be made within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement.

After the two months period, the Trustees will begin the process of securing benefits for any remaining beneficiaries having regard only to claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not be liable to any person for a claim of which they do not have notice.
