Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 4.186 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that it is my intention to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the above-named Company no later than 31 May 2012 . If you have not yet submitted a formal claim in the liquidation, you are required, on or before 31 January 2012 (the last date for proving) to provide proof of debt to the joint liquidators of the Company, Gillian Eleanor Bruce and Robert Nicholas Lewis of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Hill House, Richmond Hill, Bournemouth BH2 6HR and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the joint liquidators to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the dividend.
