The adjourned meeting of creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidators under Legislation section: Rule 4.54 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of:- The formation of a Liquidation Committee, agreement of the Liquidators Remuneration to be calculated by reference to the time costs properly incurred by the Liquidators and their staff and authority is hereby given for the Liquidators to draw their remuneration on this basis and agreement of the Liquidators disbursements.
