Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that final general meetings of the Companies will be held at Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London, EC4A 3BQ, on 26 January 2012 commencing at 10.00 am and at five minute intervals thereafter, to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolutions in respect of each of the Companies, as an Ordinary Resolution and a Special Resolution respectively:

“That the Joint Liquidators’ statement of account for the period of the liquidation be approved and that the books, accounts and documents of the Companies and of the Joint Liquidators be disposed of as the Joint Liquidators see fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention.”

Members of the Companies entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him/her. A proxy need not be a member of the Companies. Proxy forms must be lodged at the offices of Deloitte LLP, Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London, EC4A 3BQ no later than 10.00 am on 24 January 2012.
