Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 (1) of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee of the Anglo UK Pension Scheme intends to seek the winding up the above schemes.

During 2006 the assets and liabilities of the above named schemes were transferred in their entirety to the Anglo UK Pension Scheme. As such any former employees of Boart, Mondi Packaging, Papropak or Willander Holdings or any other associated company, who believe that they were members of any of the above named schemes and who are not receiving a pension from the Anglo UK Pension Scheme or who have not received a recent announcement from the Trustee of the Anglo UK Pension Scheme are required to write to Mrs Victoria Sims at Aon Hewitt, 25 Marsh Street, Bristol, BS1 4AQ, to make a claim for benefits under the Anglo UK Pension Scheme.

Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, the period during which they worked for one of the above companies, and any documents supporting their claim. Claims must be made within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement.

In addition, if any person or persons have any other claims against or interest in the any of the above schemes, they are requested to write to Mrs Victoria Sims at the above address setting out particulars of such a claim in writing within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement.

After the 2-months’ period, the Trustee may distribute the residual assets of the above schemes amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not, as regards the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they do not have notice.
