Notice is hereby given that general meetings of the contributories of the above are to be held in accordance with Section 141 Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 4.127 Insolvency Rules 1986 at The Quadrangle, 180 Wardour Street, London, W1F 8LB on 18 November 2011 at 10.00am for the purpose of the establishment of a creditors committee or failing such the approval of the basis by which the Liquidator may draw his remuneration and disbursements. A copy of SIP9 “A creditors Guide to Trustee’s Remuneration” may be obtained from ww.icaew.gov/insolvency or by request from the office.

Proxy forms may be used at these meetings if you wish to appoint somebody else to attend and vote on your behalf. You may name the Chairman of the meeting or some other person as your proxy holder to vote as directed. Please provide your instructions to any named proxy holder. To be valid your proxy should be returned to the address above before 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting.
