Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of Ayrshire Farm Limited will be held at 38-42 Newport Street, Swindon SN1 3DR, on 6 December 2011, at 10.30 am, and to be followed on the same day at 10.45 am by a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the Company. The Meetings are called pursuant to Legislation section: section 106 of theLegislation: Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of, to determine the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of, and also to hear any explanation that the Liquidator may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor.
