Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 30 September 2011, RIT Capital Partners plc assigned to Crown Global Secondaries II plc the whole of its interest in TDR Capital II Associates L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP011362, and that, with effect from 30 September 2011, Crown Global Secondaries II plc became a limited partner in the Partnership in place of RIT Capital Partners plc.
