Take notice that from 1 October 2011 the above parties will join under the name of Carter Osborne Solicitors.

The equity partners will be Michelle Fraiser, Gill Walker and Paul Harkins. They will be assisted by Associate partners John Whiston, Andy Gibson and Paul Carter.

Carter Osborne Solicitors will operate from the former premises of R J Osborne & Co at 82 George Street, Corby, Northamptonshire NN17 1QE and 59 Midland Road, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire NN8 1HF and from 41 Harborough Road, Kingsthorpe, Northampton NN2 7SH former premises of Carter Slater.

Stuart Jeffrey and Chris Bennett formerly partners of Carter Slater will not be part of Carter Osborne Solicitors.
