Notice is hereby given, as required by Section 85(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Resolutions to Wind Up the Company and to appoint a Liquidator have been passed.

The Resolutions were passed by the Members on 23 August 2011 .

Special Resolution

1. That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

Ordinary Resolution

2. That Jonathan Guy Lord of Bridgestones, 125/127 Union Street, Oldham OL1 1TE be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.

Timothy Colin Hamilton Ball of Mazars LLP, Regency House, 3 Grosvenor Square, Southampton, Hampshire SO15 2BE having provided a written statement that he is qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the above named company under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that he consents so to act, was appointed Liquidator of the Company.

Timothy Colin Hamilton Ball (IP Number 8018) of Mazars LLP, Clifton Down House, Beaufort Buildings, Clifton, Bristol BS8 4AN was appointed as Liquidator of the Company on 23 August 2011. The Company’s registered office is 1st Floor Offices, 2A Highfield Road, Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 1RQ and the Company’s principal trading address is Cams Hall, Cams Hill, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 8AB.
