• 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections to the Legislation: Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Legislation: Traffic Management Act 2004 .
• 2 The general effect of the Orders would be to make amendments to the existing parking place provisions and waiting and loading restrictions, either by adding, removing or varying parking places and waiting and loading restrictions in various sections of Darnley Road.
• 3 Any objections or other representations about any of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Assistant Director (Health and Community Services), London Borough of Hackney, Keltan House 89- 115 Mare Street London, E8 4RU
• 4 Details of the proposed changes may be inspected in the reception area at the address shown in paragraph 3 until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published.
