The Insolvency Act 1986 and the Companies Act 2006

At a Special General Meeting of the members of the above named company duly convened and held at Meon Valley Marriott Hotel, Sandy Lane, Shedfield, Southampton, Hampshire SO32 2HQ on 1 September 2011 at 3.15 pm the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:-

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That Simon Lowes (IP No. 9194) of AshtonsJWD LLP, 1 Grange Farm Business Park, Sandy Lane, Shedfield, Southampton, Hampshire SO32 2HD be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up”.

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 at Meon Valley Marriott Hotel, Sandy Lane, Shedfield, Southampton SO32 2HQ on 1 September 2011 at 3.30 pm the appointment of Simon Lowes as Liquidator was confirmed by creditors.
