On 16 August 2011 the Company was placed into insolvent liquidation. We, Edwin Maxwell and Jennifer Maxwell of Kent Cottage, Albert Road, Alexandria Park, Nottingham NG3 4JD were both directors of the company during the twelve months ending with the day before it went into liquidation. We give notice that it is our intention to act in one or more ways specified in Legislation section: section 216 (3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent company under the name(s) EAM Electrical, EAM Solar, EAM Contracting, EAM Services, EAM Contracting and Services, EAM Group and EAM Building Group and reserve the right to set up companies with other names, including EAM in their title or trading as EAM.
