NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney made on 2nd September 2011 the above-mentioned Orders under the Legislation: Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Legislation: Traffic Management Act 2004 .

• 1 The general effects of the Orders would be to:-
  • a extend existing general permit bay by replacing waiting restrictions operating “ at any time” outside Nos.11 to 14 Sovereign House, Geffrye Street;
  • b convert all existing permit bays to “shared use “bays (resident/ business permits and 4 hours max stay pay and display) in Waterson Street;
  • c remove existing permit bay replacing it with waiting restrictions operating “ at any time” under the railway bridge in Waterson Street at its junction with Kingsland Road;
  • d move the existing disabled bay outside No. 38 Whiston Road westward by removing a section of permit bay;
  • e introduce no waiting “at any time ”restrictions by replacing a section of :-
    • i resident bay outside No.2 Pearson Street;
    • ii permit bays outside Nos. 1 to 43 Orsman Street;and Nos.1 to 14 Crondall Court, Buckland Street respectively;
    • iii “shared use” bay outside No.2 Rushton Street.
    ii permit bays outside Nos. 1 to 43 Orsman Street;and Nos.1 to 14 Crondall Court, Buckland Street respectively; iii “shared use” bay outside No.2 Rushton Street.
• 2 Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 12th September 2011, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the expiration of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made, in the reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Keltan House, 89-115 Mare Street, London, E8 4RU . • 3 If any person wishes to question the validity of any of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it not within the powers conferred by the Legislation: Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court,
