Notice is hereby given that Meetings of the Contributories and Creditors of the above-named Company have been summoned by the Liquidator, under Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator, to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary.

The Meetings will be held on 20 September 2011 at 11.00am and 11.30am respectively at Arkwright House, Parsonage Gardens, Manchester M3 2LF.

A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the Meetings to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meetings.
