Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 105 and 106 of The Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of SPW Poppleton & Appleby LLP, Gable House, 239 Regents Park Road, London N3 3LF, on 25 August 2011 at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of directing the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of.
