STELLA FOODS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the sole Member and a Meeting of the Creditors of Stella Foods Limited will be held at the offices of Geoffrey Martin & Co, 7-8 Conduit Street, London W1S 2XF, on 7 September 2011, at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Joint Liquidators (pursuant to Legislation section: section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 ), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings of the sole Member and Creditors is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. Such proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
