Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Legislation section: Section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, final meetings of members and creditors of PGA Engineering Limited will be held at the offices of Clive Atkins & Co Ltd., 60 Mansel Street, Swansea SA1 5TF on 10 August 2011 at 2.00 pm and 2.30 pm respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his/her place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Clive Atkins & Co Ltd., 60 Mansel Street, Swansea SA1 5TF not later than 12.00 noon on Tuesday 9 August 2011.
