At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 3 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA on 01 July 2011 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and that M F P Smith and N J Hawksley, both of Dains LLP, Charlotte House, Stanier Way, The Wyvern Business Park, Derby, DE21 6BF, (IP Nos. 006484 and 009184) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.”
