“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian William Kings and Steven Philip Ross, both of RSM Tenon Recovery, Tenon House, Ferryboat Lane, Sunderland, Tyne & Wear, SR5 3JN, (IP Nos: 7232 and 9503) Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
