1. In this Notice the following shall apply:

Individual’s Name: LISA COOKE (BANKRUPT).

Property/Asset: Any property, rights and obligations vested in and / or held by Lisa Cooke (Bankrupt) under Lease dated 19 December 2005 and made between Mira Ross (1) (Landlord) Womens Workout World 2 Limited (2) (Tenant) and Lisa Cooke (3) (Guarantor) in respect of the property situated at 1-3 Horsfair, Pontefract WF8 1PE and registered under Title Number WYK826362.

Treasury Solicitor: The Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, of One Kemble Street, London WC2B 4TS (DX 123240 Kingsway).

2. The Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the Guarantor and Bankrupt’s interest under the Lease to the property situated at 1-3 Horsfair, Pontefract WF8 1PE registered at the Land Registry of England and Wales under Title number WYK826362 vested when the Official Receiver and trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Lisa Cooke disclaimed the same) hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the Lease to the property at 1-3 Horsfair, Pontefract WF8 1PE the vesting of which having come to his notice on 20 May 2011.
