NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Legislation section: Section 106 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that the final meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above company will be held at the offices of Mistry Associates Ltd, 51 Oldham Road, Ashton under Lyne, OL6 7DF on 27 July 2011 at 11.00 a.m . and 11.15 a.m . respectively, for the purpose of laying the account before them showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the company’s property has been disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or a creditor.
