URBAN DEVELOPMENTS REGENERATION LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act, 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Rifsons, Rifsons House, 63-64 Charles Lane, London NW8 7SB, on 30 June 2011 at 11.00 am to be followed at 11.30 am by the Final Meeting of the Creditors for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not also be a Member or a Creditor. Proxies to be used at either Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at the above address no later than 12 noon on the preceding day.
